Audition For The Malaysian Night!

As you know, the MN will be held on the 5th of December 2009. To select the performances for the MN, we are organizing an audition for the selection of performances on the 21st of November 2009. (time and venue yet to be decided).

This is your golden opportunity to show your talents on-stage to our teachers, lecturers and friends. Students are encouraged to grab this chance and give it a go.

Criteria:

> Group/Solo performances (instrumental, singing, dancing, sketch, choir and etc.)

> Items should not be too lengthly (preferably 3-5 minutes in length)

> Preferably, items should have something related to our very own Malaysian Culture.

Group/band/team leaders are requested to register as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Rubella vaccination for all Malaysian guys

Please take note that there will be a free Rubella vaccination for all Malaysian guys. ONLY Guys. The date is not confirmed for the time being, it will be either this Thursday or Friday most probably.

For those who yet to update or give their personal data to their batch representatives, kindly do so as soon as possible, as MSA will not hold any responsibility if one is being prohibited from taking the vaccination.

Exact date and time will be updated on this coming Thursday. For these 2 days, kindly stay at the hostel to be ready for vaccination. MSA sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as the Dean yet to have specific information regarding the date for vaccination.

Please kindly help to spread the words to your friends.

Perhatian kepada semua pelajar tajaan JPA (Tahun 1 hingga 6)

Jenis tuntutan JPA (claim) yang boleh dipohon adalah seperti berikut:

1. Visa (resit 400 rubles boleh pohon di Dean Office secara berkumpulan)
2. HIV Blood Test (resit 200 rubles)
3. Medication (sertakan sijil sakit dan resit beli ubat)
4. Mileage for posting elective (jarak tempat latihan hendaklah melebihi 25KM daripada tempat pengajian. Kadar tuntutan adalah sebanyak USD25 sehari dan tidak melebihi 90 hari) - lampirkan surat dari universiti untuk pengesahan jarak
5. Final Year Thesis
6. Lain-lain tuntutan

Tuntutan hanya boleh dibuat untuk tahun semasa sahaja.

Jadi, anda boleh dapatkan Borang Permohonan Tuntutan Pelajar JPA dari wakil-wakil MSA yang terdekat dengan anda.

Berikut adalah wakil-wakil MSA untuk tujuan tuntutan JPA:

Berikut adalah bagaimana cara membuat tuntutan supaya dapat memudahkan proses semakan dan bayaran:

1. Jumpa wakil MSA tersebut dan isi maklumat anda dalam Jadual Permohonan Tuntutan yang disediakan.
2. Ambil Borang Permohonan Tuntutan Pelajar JPA dan isi dengan lengkap.
3. Hantar Borang tersebut berserta Resit Asal kepada wakil MSA mengikut hostel kediaman masing-masing sebelum atau pada 27/11/2009.

Tuntutan ini akan dibuat secara berkumpulan dan teratur supaya semua pihak dapat melihat ketelusan dan kelancaran proses berkenaan.

Selepas tarikh tutup tersebut, saya akan kemaskini dan hantar kepada Pejabat JPA di Moscow. Jadi, diharapkan semua pelajar memberi kerjasama yang baik. Harap maklum.
