To students of 3rd to 5th Year, we are organizing a small complementary inspection/inquiry session this Tuesday on 6pm-7pm, room No.7 (if no changes), Ground floor, Hostel 5.
Purpose of this session is for whoever having doubts or questions about their nostrification process, eg.
-Where is the place exactly?
-Which certificates should I translate?
-How many sets for Cert A, and how many sets for Cert B?....Etc.
Please bring along your original certificates. I will also be inspecting to make sure that everyone has got the right stamps or not. Please tell your friends.

Certificate Translation/Nostrification process for 6th year students began Yesterday (13.09.2011).
Soon it will be followed by 5th, 4th & 3rd Years, so please organize & meet among yourselves & give me 2-3 names for representatives for each year(5th, 4th & 3rd) by 20th September 2011, through your respective Batch Reps. Thank you.
